We’re all about essentials and building a wardrobe that is not only functional, but timeless. Universal Standard has done a great job of creating pieces that check off both of those! If you’ve been a fan of The Curvy Fashionista, then you know we LOVE Universal Standard and got to have some fun in their 8-piece started kit pairing the pieces to make 20 different outfits! Yep you read that right! 20 DIFFERENT outfits!
Universal Standard literally took over the year with their different collections and collaborations like their Danielle Brooks collection & at the end of the year they released a cute loungewear collection. We loved those collections so of course we were more than excited to hear about their new Workwear Collection!
And of course when you go to work, you have to werk, if you know what I mean and Universal Standard did not skip on style and trend in this 13-piece collection!
Universal Standard’s New Workwear Collection
I’m diggin’ the Mary Dress (Merlot), the Sheryl Pants (Black) and AHR Apron Skirt (Black). My ultimate fave look are the Sheryl Pants because of the removable leg cuff, which gives you two looks. It’s a super cute and unique look.
Overall, this new collection is very mature and conservative, but with a few subtle modern flares.
Universal Standard sizes are 10-28 and the workwear collection has a price range of $80-$230. Also, Universal Standard is running a special — if you purchase the 4-piece workwear kit, you get a pair of the Sheryl Pants for free!
